Growth was our theme at Etix this year, and we would like to say THANK YOU for helping to make 2013 such a success!

This year was filled with rockin’ events and parties, technology updates (thanks to YOUR feedback and to our rapidly expanding development team), new faces in leadership and so much more.

1. Key Leadership Team Additions

Etix added some industry veterans to its leadership team in 2013 including Bob Seaton as CTO from PayPal, our own Ben Wingrove as EVP and Don Orris from Ticketmaster.

To best serve you, Etix has added new positions to all of our teams with a focus on product, user experience, training, development and customer service. 5. Great Clients, Great Events

In 2013 we processed over 50 million tickets for shows ranging from Jay Z & Justin Timberlake at Fenway to the Internet Cat Video Festival at the Minnesota State Fair and everything in between.

6. Etix Blast

In September, we hosted our first client summit during the Hopscotch Music Festival in Raleigh, NC. From the entire team at Etix, we would like to once again thank our sponsors and everyone who attended. Without you, it would not have been such a success. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

7. IAFE & 2nd Annual Scarf Party

For more than a decade, we’ve looked forward to the annual IAFE Convention & Trade Show in Las Vegas. Our 2nd Annual Scarf Party was a hit, and we loved catching up with friends both old and new.

8. SXSW Party 

Two stages, 12 bands, lots of Crispin cider and some MailChimp swag made for a pretty sweet event. We were excited to partner with both First Avenue and the Majestic Theatre (Madison, WI) to throw one of the best day parties at SXSW, celebrating the diverse music scenes of both Minnesota and Wisconsin.

9. AWS re:Invent 

Our Senior Business Systems Analyst Daniel Heacock presented at Amazon’s AWS re:Invent explaining how Etix is helping clients make better decisions through actionable data.

10. Holiday Party 

Everyone at Etix looks forward to the annual Holiday Party, and this year’s bowling extravaganza lived up to the hype.

11. Dream Big

Etix was honored to partner with IAFE and their Dream Big campaign, which raised more than 6 million pounds of food for local communities this year!

12. Team FARA and Team Mustangs 

Team FARA consists of people around the globe who participate in endurance events on behalf of the Friedreich’s Ataxia Research Alliance (FARA) to raise both awareness and funds for FA research.

This cause is close to our hearts, as we ran on behalf of Alison, daughter of long-time employee Matt PriceOur 44-member team ran the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon and raised an incredible $51,365, surpassing our $50,000 goal! But the fight is not over.We will continue to raise money in the battle against FA.

13. Habitat for Humanity 

Etix worked with Habitat for Humanity helping to build homes in Raleigh, NC. Thank you to Habitat for letting us participate. We look forward to more Habitat builds next year!
