Etix 15th Anniversary Celebration

Etix Turns 15!

Etix turned 15 in January 2015, and the entire team was here in Raleigh to celebrate at our headquarters. Before diving in, we would like to thank each and every one of our clients, because we could not have made it this far without you! Also, we would not be who we are today without our entire team, who embody our core values: Service. Simplicity. Tenacity. Results.

As far as ticketing companies go, 15 years of experience puts us in the veteran group, and we are proud of everything we have accomplished to help this industry evolve. At our official birthday party, we recognized and honored members of our team who have been with Etix for over 10 years and continue to be the foundation of our company before celebrating the rest of the night.

We had the opportunity to listen to “State of the Union” addresses from each of our departments and, of course, our CEO Joe Kustelski. It was especially exciting to get a preview of our new products and to see how we’re working with our clients to develop effective and easy-to-use tools and features. From mobile to analytics to marketing, we are dedicated to building powerful products that will help our 4,000+ clients sell more tickets and grow their brand.

Travis Janovich founded Etix in January of 2000 with one simple idea: he wanted to be able to print a concert ticket at home or on the road.  As we look to the future, our focus is shifting from desktop to mobile, and we are committed to an efficient and user-friendly mobile product.

To get a sense of all that we accomplished over the last 15 years, below is a timeline of events highlighting some of our biggest successes from inception to our first Etix Blast, to our acquisition of Rockhouse Partners and more.
