MORRISVILLE, N.C. – Etix today announced the promotion of two company leaders, Ben
Wingrove and Dennis Scanlon, and the addition of ticket industry veteran Don Orris.

These announcements – all newly created positions – are indicative of the company’s continued
growth and success, including a current run of 34 consecutive quarters of profitability.

Wingrove, who has been with Etix for more than 12 years, has been promoted from vice
president of sales to executive vice president. He is credited with the creation of the company’s
sales team and building many of Etix’s key client relationships.

“Ben’s commitment to our clients is relentless,” Etix CEO Joe Kustelski said. “He has created a
sales culture at Etix that is truly customer-centric by building a team that mirrors his dedication
to great service. This move is a natural progression and reflects Ben’s immense value to the
team. He’s been with us since the beginning and will continue to lead the charge in providing
top-notch ticketing solutions to every single client.”

Orris, former vice president for Ticketmaster’s western region, has joined the Etix team as vice
president of sales and general manager for the western U.S.

“Don’s reputation in the industry is sterling,” Etix board chairman Travis Janovich said. “Etix is
growing rapidly and having Don aboard will allow us to pick up the pace even more. He’s ready
to hit the ground running and we’re fortunate to have him with Etix.”

Scanlon has been promoted to vice president of sales for the Midwest region. Before joining Etix
in 2010, he worked with Ticketmaster.

“Dennis is old school in all the best ways – he treats people right and always puts the customer
first,” Kustelski said. “Combine that with his 25+ years of developing business solutions for
clients, and it’s easy to see why we see even bigger things in store for Dennis and for Etix.”
