Publish Facebook Events
We’re Facebook official now. Etix now offers the ability to publish an official event to Facebook after creating it in the Etix system.
Apple Wallet Integration
67% of Etix mobile transactions happen on an iOS device, so we now offer the option for customers to add their Etix tickets to Apple Wallet for quick loading and scanning at the door.
Sold Out Notifications
Missing out on a pre-sale for a hot performance is no fun for fans. Now when a pre-sale an event sells out, customers can get the opportunity to sign up for notifications for the next onsale.
Mobile Box Office
Sell tickets where your fans are! Whether it’s helping shorten lines at the door, providing instant parking purchases, or pre-selling future events, the Etix Mobile Box Office is there.
Customized Thank You Email
A thank-you goes a long way and we made it simpler to send a personalized thank you messages to guests. Customize a message for every performance, recommend other events or even ask for feedback by including a post-event survey.
Etix Community Enhancements
The way to your customer’s heart and wallet is identifying what makes them unique. We added more filters to our CRM tool, Etix Community to help you better market to your customers. New updates include:
- Add an additional level of segmentation to your marketing campaigns by using customer-level tags you create to market to specific groups.
- Build more precise audiences by using transaction date ranges.
- Exclude segmentations.
Confirmation Resend Tool
The number one request we receive from customers is to resend a lost order confirmation email. In order to cut down wait times, we created an easy tool for customers to find their order and resend their tickets to themselves.
Single Barcode for Group Tickets
1 group = 1 ticket. With our new single barcode feature, checking in large groups is as simple as scanning an individual ticket. A single barcode for group tickets also helps reduce fraudulent purchases and reselling of individual tickets.
Performance Email Guests
Whether you plan to update attendees about the weather forecast or send a last-minute time change, now you can email your customers effortlessly with our new Email Guest feature. This allows you to customize your message in a WYSIWYG editor and send a test message before sending to patrons.
